- You need 500 g of 5% minced beef.
- Provide 100 g of chopped mushrooms.
- Prepare 1 of large onion chopped.
- Use 2 of garlic cloves finely chopped.

- Get 1 tin of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed).

- Using the empty tin of tomatoes fill with water then add to pan then use half again add beef stock pot.
- Bring to boil then simmer for 2/3hours untill the stock has thickened add honey and stir through.
- Serve with rice or jacket potatoes and spoonful of sourcream.
